What’s New in Version 7.7.6
Major Enhancements
1. Improved Usability and Scalability: Better integration with athlete-driven workflows.
2. Player Display Name: For safety, competitors' display names are now shown on scoreboards and saved on the Online Portal instead of first and last names. If no display name is provided, the system will use the first name and initial of the last name.
3. Enhanced Filtering: Competitor lists now feature a filter to show only those registered for the current tournament.
4. Division Enhancements:
o Added Division Type (e.g., Sparring, Forms).
o Added Division Category (e.g., Team, Individual).
5. Athlete Status Management: Mark athletes as Inactive, Active, or Retired without deleting their profiles.
6. Registration Status Management: New, configurable statuses for seamless tracking:
o SUBMITTED: Initial status upon request submission.
o REGISTERED: Under review by the organizer.
o CONFIRMED: Approved and added to the competition draw.
o WITHDRAWN: Registration canceled by the user (re-registration allowed).
o REJECTED: Registration declined.
o PAYMENT_PENDING / PAYMENT_RECEIVED: Payment-based statuses.
o WEIGHED_IN / CHECKED_IN: Automatically managed by the upcoming Athlete Mobile App.
o WAITLISTED: Pending approval due to capacity limitations.
7. Bracket Improvements: Competitors with Withdrawn, Rejected, or Waitlisted statuses are excluded from game brackets but remain in division participant lists for potential status updates.
8. Global Unique Athlete ID: A unique identifier is now assigned to athletes worldwide upon first registration.

Bug Fixes
1. Update the cutoff format score processor for WT Taekwondo poomsae competitions to display scores according to WT rules.
2. Resolved an issue where single-elimination draws did not render correctly for divisions with only two competitors.
3. Updated team registration to use the same status model as single-player registrations.
4. Fixed server license activation failing on the first attempt.
5. Added missing round numbers in divisions using the subgroup model.
6. Corrected data submission for subgroup rounds and group numbers in sparring mode.
7. Enabled “Save Player” by default whenever changes are made, removing the need for additional steps to save progress.

Upcoming Athlete Mobile App (Beta)
We are excited to announce the Athlete Mobile App, a game-changer for athletes and their parents, designed to simplify participation workflows.
Key Features of the Mobile App (Beta):
• Register for tournaments.
• Withdraw registrations.
• View registration details.
• Check-in and weigh-in processes.
• Manage participation directly from the app.
Important Note:
The Athlete Mobile App (Beta) is not included in this release. It will be announced and made available to a select group of participating clubs at a later date as part of a controlled rollout. Feedback gathered during the beta testing phase will be incorporated into the final version, which will be included in an upcoming major release.

Additional Improvements
• Added new subscription license options (6-months and 12-months) for greater accessibility.
• Mask added for invoice numbers in the subscription deactivation UI.
