problemas na ativação do software

Eu comprei duas licenças do software TKD scorring Wifi no ano passado e funcionou, contudo tenho um evento esta semana e ao abri o software foi solivitado ativação da licensa, e os dos códigos fdo recibo não esão funcionando aprarece que o código ja esta em uso. erro código:0x2001001AC.

solicito suporte ou reset da licensa pois o meu campeonato está próximo.

I bought two licenses for the TKD scorring Wifi software last year and it worked, however I have an event this week and when opening the software I was asked to activate the license, and the codes on the receipt are not working, it appears that the code is already in use. error code:0x2001001AC.
