Problems Opening Software on mac

Anybody else have issues opening the software on a Macbook? I have been trying to but keep getting error that the application is not supported by my mac? I have submitted a ticket but thought I would try here as well. Please help.

Important Note for Mac Users:
If anyone is experiencing the same issue, please be aware that there are two different builds available for Mac: one for Intel processors and another for Apple Silicon. Make sure to download the appropriate version for your system.
